Online Pre Order Pick Up
At The Valley Mall

We now offer online pre order pick up at our Mall kiosk
for all 50 varieties of our fresh high phenol olive oils & sweet Italian balsamics,
filled in all 3 bottle sizes, as well as other products available in our store!
Our kiosk is located just inside the mall through the entrance near
Books A Million and the food court.
Please use the link below to place your online order for Shipping, and at check out, select Delivery @ Valley Mall for your shipping option. Valley Olive Oil will deliver all shipping orders in person each week. We will notify you by email after your order is placed to let you know when your order will be available for pick up, and if you are not able to make it during our staffed hours, please request an alternate pick up time at checkout.
There is a flat $3.00 delivery fee for each order to be filled and delivered for pick up
at the Valley Mall, 1925 E Market St., Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

Bottle Refill Program
At The Valley Mall Kiosk

Weekly when staffed or able to meet, during Mall hours.
We now offer our Discount Refill Program at The Valley Mall
for our fresh high phenol olive oils & sweet Italian balsamics,
filled in all 3 bottle sizes! Please see the details below.
Our Refill Program offers:
$3 OFF discount on each of our 375mL bottles,
$2 OFF discount on each of our 200mL bottles,
& $.50 OFF discount on each of our 60mL bottles.
Bottles MUST be clean & dry to be refilled.
We recommend a good grease cutting dish soap, hot hot water, rinse well, and let dry upside down. Do not put corks back in your bottles for a few days as the cork may hold unseen moisture longer and if placed in bottle too soon, may mold around the edge of the bottle. Paper towels are great for keeping debris out of your bottles while the corks dry fully. We do not recommend dishwasher cleaning as they tend to leave debris inside the bottles.Refill bottles may be dropped off during open hours at North River and we will pick all bottles up as soon as possible, and return them filled within a couple days for pick up. Bottles may also be refilled at Valley Olive Oil in McGaheysville any day during open hours.
To participate in the bottle refill program through North River, when you drop your bottles off, you will need to fill out a contact slip and place it in your bottle bag with your refill bottles. Valley Olive Oil will place your refill order at the time of drop off with you and fill out our online Refill Waiver then email/text your receipt to you immediately. Valley Olive Oil can only refill our own suppliers bottles. Since we are transporting glass bottles back and forth between locations, we have to require bottles be in a slotted wine bag tote ONLY. If you do not have one, we will have 2 sizes available for purchase at our kiosk for your refills, or any tote needs you might have. Larger bottles and totes may also be purchased through our online store or in person at our McGaheysville location. You may enjoy our refill program at our McGaheysville location and through our kiosk, whichever is most convenient for you.
