We now offer online pre order pick up at Way of Being
for all 50 varieties of our fresh high phenol olive oils & sweet Italian balsamics,
filled in all 3 bottle sizes, as well as other products available in our store!  
This is a new venture for both Way of Being and Valley Olive Oil, so please be patient with us
as we learn and adjust along the way.   

Please use the link below to place your online order for Shipping, and at check out, select Delivery @ Agora for your shipping option.  Valley Olive Oil will deliver all shipping orders in person by Tuesday at 3pm each week, but may be able to deliver by Friday morning as well.  If so, we will notify you by email after your order is placed, if it will be available for pick up earlier.  All orders for pick up, to be available by Tue. each week, must be received by Tuesday morning at 9am to be filled in time, and if a Friday morning drop off is available, orders would need to be received by Thursday morning at 9am.  There is a flat $3.00 delivery fee for each order to be filled and delivered for pick up at Way of Being in the Shops @ Agora  165 S. Main St., Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

Bottle Refill Program At Way Of Being

We now offer our Discount Refill Program at Way of Being
for our fresh high phenol olive oils & sweet Italian balsamics,
filled in all 3 bottle sizes!  Please see the details below.  
This is a new venture for both Way of Being and Valley Olive Oil,
so please be patient with us as we learn and adjust along the way.   

Our Refill Program offers a
$2 OFF discount on each of our 375mL & 200mL bottles,
and a $.50 OFF discount on each of our 60mL bottles.

Bottles MUST be clean & dry to be refilled.  
We recommend a good grease cutting dish soap, hot hot water, rinse well, and let dry upside down.  Do not put corks back in your bottles for a few days as the cork may hold unseen moisture longer and if placed in bottle too soon, may mold around the edge of the bottle.  Paper towels are great for keeping debris out of your bottles while the corks dry fully.  We do not recommend dishwasher cleaning as they tend to leave debris inside the bottles.

Refill bottles may be dropped off during open hours at Way of Being and we will pick all bottles up on Tuesdays between 3pm and 4pm, or refills may be refilled at Valley Olive Oil in McGaheysville any day during open hours.  Filled bottles will be returned to Way of Being by Friday morning for pick up during open hours.

To participate in the bottle refill program through Way of Being, when you drop your bottles off, you will need to fill out a waiver and contact slip and place in your bottle bag.  Valley Olive Oil will need to email an invoice to you as we are only able to apply your discount this way, so please watch your email and check your spam folder.  Valley Olive Oil can only refill our own suppliers bottles.  Since we are transporting glass bottles back and forth between locations, we have to require bottles be in a slotted wine bag tote ONLY.  If you do not have one, we will have 2 sizes available for purchase at Way of Being for your refills, or any tote needs you might have.  Larger bottles and totes may also be purchased through our online store or in person at our McGaheysville location.   You may enjoy our refill program at our McGaheysville location and through Way of Being at the Shops @ Agora, whichever is most convenient for you.
