We stock a Mild, Medium, and a Robust Intensity EVOO variety each harvest season.  These will constantly change as new harvest varieties come in.  We also keep a list showing each harvest that has come before our current harvest.  The list is extensive, so the EVOO button will take you to our dedicated EVOO page for current and prior harvests.

Extra Virgin Olive Oils


Crafted with a delicious current harvest Extra Virgin and either crushed together (Fused) with all natural fruits, herbs, or botanicals, or crushed separately and blended together (Infused) for a delicious, healthy, wonderfully true, all natural flavor variety.

(Due to harvest season availability, some of our varieties are rotated.  Our Blood Orange OO will rotate with our Naval Orange or Sweet Valencia Orange OO.  Our Jalapeno OO will rotate with our Baklouti OO.  Our Lemon OO may be available or it may come as an early harvest Green Lemon.)

Fused & Infused Olive Oils


Our Pure Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil is our only current in store oil that does not contain any olive oil.  It is incredibly flavorful and absolutely delicious!

Traditional Balsamics


These balsamics contain only the grapes and are the bases for our fused and infused Dark, Rose', & White Balsamics which include an additional fruit, herb, or botanical.  This selection will literally go on anything and are absolutely fantastic and full of flavor!  

All of our delicious sweet balsamics are authentic aged balsamic from Modena, Italy, produced and aged in wood barrels using the
traditional  Solera System. 

They do not contain any added sugar, sweeteners, caramel color, preservatives, or artificial ingredients,
as well as only the naturally occurring sulfates.

They naturally contain the "mother" and extremely high
wonderfully healthy phenols!

Denissimo 20yr Aged

Limited Reserve

Our Denissimo is made from Trebbiano grape must which is naturally caramelized and cooked down to an even greater extent, and aged for EVEN longer in the traditional “Batteria” of Modena.  Our exclusive “Denissimo” contains less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for pro-biotic effect, and slowly ages in five different casks comprised of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood.  This exquisite and exceedingly rare 1.36 density balsamic is extremely complex boasting flavor notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, along with hints of dark chocolate and malt.    4% acidity

Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel color or additional ingredients.

Traditional 18yr Aged 

Balsamic Condimento

Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy is produced in the Traditional Style. It is aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. With 4% acidity, it exceeds Four Leaf Quality with an astonishingly high natural density of 1.28+. This spectacular density comes naturally without thickeners or added sugar, from a lengthy aging process and cooking in copper kettles. It is exceedingly rich, complex and dense and pairs beautifully with any olive oil in our collection. Use for vinaigrettes, glazes, marinades, bread dipping, drizzling over fruit, vegetables or to marinate meat and poultry.

Ultra Premium

Rosé Balsamic

Made with Ultra Premium Certified White Balsamic, our Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar sparkles with a crisp, clean citrus flavor. It has a perfect balance of acidity and natural sweetness. Try this lovely balsamic in dressings, marinades, with seafood, paired with fennel, as a glaze for poultry, or try a tablespoon added to sparkling water. It makes a show-stopping white balsamic grapefruit granita!

Pairs well with Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil, Basil Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, and Mandarin Agrumato Olive Oil.

Ultra Premium White Balsamic

Our Ultra-Premium White Balsamic is the highest quality white balsamic condiment grade in the world. It’s unique in North America and exclusively made for our discerning consumers from Italian Trebbiano, Albana, and Montuni grapes which add body, complexity, and richness that Trebbiano grapes alone cannot achieve. The grapes are entirely hand-picked by experienced workers who select only the sweetest clusters for maximum Brix content and created through natural fermentation. It contains a blend of white grape must with 100% Italian Barrel Aged White Wine Vinegar which are both made from Albana, Trebbiano and Montuni grapes grown in the region of Modena, Italy exclusively. The grapes are left to dry in the sun (a very old artisan method) for up to 15 days - an exclusive family practice of our balsamic maker. During this period, the natural sugar, flavor, and body in the grapes is enhanced. This proprietary drying period results in an approximate volume loss of 10% through evaporation. The traditionally cooked grape must is lightly filtered to remove any skins from the cooked must before being placed into new white oak barrels for maturation and aging to an amazing 1.28 density and 4% acidity. Certified to be free from any additives including thickening agents, sugar from sources other than grape must, colors, dyes, and preservatives.

Dark Balsamic Vinegars
