Aged Coconut

Our Coconut White Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavor of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with our Persian Lime, Onion & Cilantro Olive Oils or Toasted Sesame Oil.

This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy. 

Cranberry Pear

This White Balsamic is clean, crisp and very tart and boasts a lovely deep, rose blush. 

 

It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, a glaze for poultry, with gelatin for a delicious fruit aspic or even in a mixed drink!  
 

Grapefruit

Made with Ultra Premium Certified White Balsamic, our Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar sparkles with a crisp, clean citrus flavor. It has a perfect balance of acidity and natural sweetness. Try this lovely balsamic in dressings, marinades, with seafood, paired with fennel, as a glaze for poultry, or try a tablespoon added to sparkling water. Lemongrass Mint

 Our Thai Lemon Grass-Mint White Balsamic Condimento is tart, crisp, clean and absolutely delicious.  The natural flavors of Thai lemon grass and mint cooperate beautifully and make a dazzling base for marinades, dressings.

Key Lime

Sweet, floral Key Lime White Balsamic.

Use in shrubs, marinades, cocktails, pickles, over berries or cut up fruit.  Makes a wonderful glaze or in marinades and dressings.  Excellent mixed with sparkling water for a refreshing, crisp beverage, to glaze poultry, seafood, vegetables, pork, and much more! Alfoos Mango

Our Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Condimento pairs exquisitely with our Persian Lime Olive oil. Also fantastic with shrimp, scallops, salad and in salsas for a tropical, sweet-tart twist!  The Alfoos mango cultivar is considered by many to be one of the best in terms of sweetness, richness and flavor. 

Ripe Peach

Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena but is not caramelized therefore it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. 

Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as our flavored oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette. 

Pineapple

Our golden pineapple balsamic is sweet and tart with the heady aroma of fresh ripe pineapple.  This amazing, zesty balsamic is the perfect complement to fruit salads and fresh berries.  It adds substantial flavor without discoloring salads.

Pomegranate

This sparkling ruby jewel-toned white balsamic owes its tart, crisp flavor to Juicy California Pomegranates and Floral Winter   Quince. It’s made from authentic white balsamic condimento,   aged for up to 12 years in Modena, Italy.  Pairs beautifully with Blood Orange Agrumato Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil, and fruitier extra virgin olive oils such as Hojiblanca, and Picual. 

Pumpkin Spice, Seasonal

Delicate nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon perfume this festive white balsamic. Peel and dice butternut squash, toss liberally with our Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, add a pinch of sea salt and a little fresh cracked pepper. Roast in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes until tender, golden brown and caramelized. Season with this spiced white balsamic. Try it paired with cooked apples or poached pears.

Aged Balsamic Condimento

Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy is produced in the Traditional Style. It is aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. With 4% acidity, it exceeds Four Leaf Quality with an astonishingly high natural density of 1.28+. This spectacular density comes naturally without thickeners or added sugar, from a lengthy aging process and cooking in copper kettles. It is exceedingly rich, complex and dense and pairs beautifully with any olive oil in our collection. Use for vinaigrettes, glazes, marinades, bread dipping, drizzling over fruit, vegetables or to marinate meat and poultry.
